Awful communication!!! We had several issues with our privacy fence within 3 months of the install. I tried reaching Steven for several months with no response.
Absolutely awful communication. Steven put a privacy fence up the beginning of May. 3 months later it was very difficult to open and close the gate and several other issues with the wood splitting. I contacted Steven through text and was told 2 different times that he would stop over but he never showed up or called. Finally late October someone came over and I was told that the lumber must have been wet and they would take care of the issues in a couple of weeks because they had a job in the area. Competively and fair priced, excellent communication. They handle the "Call before you dig" so any underground wires/pipes etc. will be marked 2-3 days before they dig the posts, once they get the posts in the concrete will need to cure for a day or two, then your fence goes in pretty quick! Great attention to detail as well, they got the posts as close as they can to structures so we dont have any 4 legged escape artists lol Highly recommend Wheeler Fencing!
Part of my fence went down during the flood in February. I was told to contact Steven and he came out on Tuesday after the flood. He was very pleasant and informative.
