Awful communication!!! We had several issues with our privacy fence within 3 months of the install. We have to park our riding lawnmower up against the gate and put medal hooks through the handle to support the gate from the wind so it does not blow over!! I tried reaching Steven for several months with no response. We contacted BBB and was told they tried several times to contact this company and could not get a response!!
