Awful communication!!! We had several issues with our privacy fence within 3 months of the install. We have to park our riding lawnmower up against the gate and put medal hooks through the handle to support the gate from the wind so it does not blow over!! I tried reaching Steven for several months with no response.

Absolutely awful communication. Steven put a privacy fence up the beginning of May. 3 months later it was very difficult to open and close the gate and several other issues with the wood splitting. I contacted Steven through text and was told 2 different times that he would stop over but he never showed up or called. Finally late October someone came over and I was told that the lumber must have been wet and they would take care of the issues in a couple of weeks because they had a job in the area.
