I have been working with WDA for a little over 2 years now and they are one of my favorite adjusting firms out there. Betty Ojeda is one of their best field adjusters. Always a pleasure to work with and very thorough in her reports.
Contractor dealing with Betty Ojeda, who is very rude, lacks tact, and very unprofessional. It is a disservice to our industry having someone with that demeanor handling claims. She was rude to our representative and when I presented the needs of our mutual client and struggle being faced she was short, disrespectful and hung up. Terrible service.
