I came into wheeler Davis after a disaster with box dye. I accidentally dyed it neon pink (the box said auburn lol) and after literally getting rejected from the first solan since my hair was so messed up, but the Wheeler Davis fam took me in SO enthusiastically SAME DAY and they were literally my first hope of this whole this. The owner does not care about her students. We were told after we bought two tickets to her Charleston class that we would be able to get a refund due to unforeseen circumstances that popped up with one of the stylist. After we were told we could get a refund I followed up with them because I have not heard back from them. They’re very hard to get in touch with. The owner of this salon “forgot” about my appointment that I booked months in advanced. She gave me 0 notice, I found out when I got to the salon, 15 minutes from my appointment time had passed, and after I drove over two hours to get to the salon. Beware before booking you may get treated less than someone else.
This is the cutest little salon with such a beachy San Clemente vibe. Everyone there is so nice! Hannah did my hair and I can’t wait to go back and see her this month. Her work is flawless.
