Marion, my advisor was excellent from start to finish! She called me to bring my car in later as I booked my appointment online and kept me informed when my car was ready. What was not great was I booked this service online, on Wheeler's website, and booked using a coupon under special services and was not honored the coupon when I picked up the car instead of advising me that the coupon was not applicable to deisel. Everything was excellent! Ami was an amazing saleslady.
I went here for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation and it was a great experience. Christina , the service advisor greeted me a warm smile, and was very friendly and helpful. My truck was ready to go in less than a hour! I never get this type of excellent service downstate! Nice clean facility. 10/10
