We had a horrible stain our sofa. A candle tipped over and spilled wax all down the front and middle cushion of our sofa, which is less than a year old and was not cheap to purchase. I called a larger company (recommended by where we purchased our sofa-Stewart and Company). It took them 2 weeks to even come out. They looked at it for 2 minutes, said nothing could be done and to order a new seat casing and inside outside back.
