The car turned out really good. The customer service was terrible. We dropped off on Monday expecting a week or two. They said we have all parts and ready to go. On Thursday we get an automated message that it would be done on Friday. I called at 11 am on Friday to say up a pick up. They said... oh no that was a mistake. It would be ready Tuesday. That was OK at that point but they don't know if I'm renting a car, borrowing a car or taking off from work early to come get it. My wife is vietnamese and it's her car... on my ho... read more
My experience here with the body shop was amazing. The only reason I gave 4 stars is cause the cashier girl was very rude
I was getting a quote to get my car fixed.
Will and the employees were very helpful getting me in right away. I travel throughout the U.S. and was involved in an accident ( not at fault). All the other Body shops could not help me.Towed in, 16 parts, totally repaired and I was on my way. Stellar service and repair!!! 100% recommend.
Great service, quality work. Go see Will...he was the best to work with.
