I've used them twice before. My first experience with one of my vehicles was satisfactory, and the car was cleaned and nice. The second time, I brought in a different car, and they called to inform me of several issues they found. While I understood the need for repairs, the pricing seemed quite high. Honest reliable and friendly service. Highly recommend. Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor. It can be a relationship based on trust that lasts. Wheeler demonstrates all the necessary qualities of a business with integrity which can be trusted.
I had a family member use this business a couple years ago and they were fine in providing good service. I decided to try a car service with them and was disappointed due to the primary problem which was poor communication. I went in for a general $200 service and ended up paying a $1700 bill. After I gave the car in, I got a call saying that the car hadn't been serviced in a while and a couple of things needed to be done worth a total of $1800. I told them to do everything except $400 worth of work which was to do with the ... read more
