Absolutely amazing service, I utilized their custom patch tool for my unit and the team at wheeler and CP were amazing. The design printout prior to ordering was superb and the actual product looked great. Highly recommend if you are customizing patches for a unit or section as the material and quality are phenomenal!
I was given less than a week notice before being sent away on a tasking that required a name plate I didn’t already have. I reached out to Kristina (in customer service) who was extremely helpful and had my items made/ shipped almost immediately. They arrived today with time to spare and are very good quality! I can’t recommend them enough!
I ordered three Air Force rank patches (badges) because my base did not have any in stock and they weren’t expected to arrive for some time. Unfortunately, when the patches arrived, I was very disappointed with their quality. The two thick bars were noticeably thinner than the standard CAF-supplied rank patches (see attached photo), and from a distance, they appear more like three thin bars.
