Berkeley Wheelchairs, is the worse place to take your wheelchair o scooter. They do not care about their clients. I have experienced a couple of times with them, and was extremely disappointed with their services. I have excellent insurance, they are fast to respond, and it covers my scooter. This is an EXCELLENT retail outlet for various supplies for the disabled. Large inventory. However, as a resource for acquiring equipment or supplies via an insurance claim, don't expect anything overnight. The bureaucracy involved is very time consuming. Don't know if it's the fault of this business or the insurance carriers.
