customer service is nonexistant here....Veronica would rather hide behind regulations than actually help anyone....
I was scheduled for an upcoming surgery that required the use of a knee rollator (scooter) as I wasn't going to be able to bear weight on left leg. My insurance wouldn't cover the cost and I have Medicaid and could not afford to pay myself. I was very stressed and worried, but the people here were very helpful and arranged for me to borrow what I needed cost free. Great people and great service! ❤
My wife Judy and I live east of moriarty N.M. about 400 miles from Deming we visited our son and his wife 12/6 and 7.I failed to bring my wifes power cord to her portable Oxygen concentrator. The staff loaned us a power cord at no cost, even though they had to go to extreme effort to find something that would work since the unit we us is not the brand they service. I feel extreme appreciation for people that go to such efforts with such kindness for someone they may never see again. THANK YOU
