It took 6 month to get appt for new wheelchair evaluation its been over a year and No Chair has been ordered... apparently my fault for not telling them efficiently to go ahead with order with modification of a color choice....don't see how a fitting for a new chair over a year ago is still valid for our son do they think children don't grow or have new issues in past year...currently searching for new company for our son that there #1 priority is patient care! I am So Tired of being hung up on, having Alicia promise my call will be returned and never getting a call back, having to call and prod repeatedly for my repairs to move along. Last time I waited 5 months for my scooter repair. This time, we'll see, but it took 7 calls to get thru to the scheduler, and 4 the front desk literally just hung up a second after picking up.
Had my chair there for five months. Then wanna call me and tell me my parts are ready. I can bring my chair up. They didn’t even know they still had my chair. Then I got there and they didn’t even do their own evaluation. They just did what I said I thought was wrong. But I’m not a wheelchair technician. And then they didn’t even fix what was really wrong with my chair. My whole bottom base was messed up. All they did was put a new joystick on there and a new battery. very poor service, i would recommend not to come here for any special needs equipment. They don't know what they are doing and always issues with billing.
Terrible. There are many admin steps to get equipment from them. The staff do not complete any of these steps unless I am a squeaky wheel. It is hard to reach Wheelchair Seating on the phone. They literally pick up ringing phones, then hang up without answering. Or put you on hold and then cut you off. Lisha and Deanne, the two front line people, are clearly overwhelmed.
