Wheelchair seating has provided poor service to my disabled sister over the years. Lack of knowledge for chair function and continued call backs from service. Two different brake systems over 3 to 4 years.
Most incompetent staff I’ve ever dealt with from top to bottom. Good luck at getting a return phone call from anyone. Takes absolutely forever to get anything And then you better hope it isn’t wrong when it comes in. I’ve resorted to buying my own parts and fixing it myself because I can’t wait months for that stupid place to get anything done.
The black young lady at the window on 04/8/26 is very rude she slammed the window on myself and my client and said oh lord like that was unprofessional for no reason and had my client questioning if she did something wrong. Customer service should be better. I hope the higher ups see this.
I'm not sure how to explain it, but I felt scared just helping my brother.
