John Anderson knows customer service. He will work with you and very knowledgeable about disabilities and resources to contact for help. His vans are on the olderside and work well. When you have a problem he works it out and is fair. I think he should raise his price, he does what other ca not or would not to help. Thank you John.
John was extremely helpful. I needed to get my wheelchair bound mother from Estes Park to DIA. He helped me do a lot of problem solving. I am truly grateful.
We have rented from him twice. The first rental was back in 2017 and everything was great! The customer service and the rental were both great! This time we ran into quite a few issues. The van we were given was falling apart, quite literally. The outside of the van was damaged, the inside was very used and dirty (We have pictures). At pick up the ramp/door was giving him trouble and not working consistently. I mentioned to him at pick up that this van at seen better days and was not at all like the van we rented in 2017. Had some serious engine trouble and John A went above and beyond to get my wheelchair-bound brother where he needed to be including an emergency EMT transport and rent of another van halfway across the country! We're repeat renters, too. He'll take good care of you.
