This service has picked me up many times over the past several months, they were on time.Every time to get me. And usually within 30 minutes after my appointment , they are there to pick me up. The drivers are friendly In accommodating my needs. Thank you, Barbara, Dan, Amos ,Steven , AsPhalt, James And any other driver I may have forgotten about.. I appreciate your service.!!!

I am not even sure i should give them a one star. My husband had to have a ride from Sanford hospital to a swing bed up by Watertown. The driver stopped to get gas north of Sioux Falls, left the door open a little and the first wind gust the door flew open and the wind blew right through the van. The van had no heat so by the time he got to his destination he was frozen . He had to ask for warm blankets to even start to warm up. Called the place 2 times and only got we are very sorry. Kylie is amazing and helped us figure out some issues we ran into with billing and getting it taken care of and Sonya helped too. This place gets 5 stars because of Kylie and Sonya. They may not be driving but they help with billing and invoices and are so helpful and understanding. Thanks for helping my client out today! Genuinely, Shelby

No ETA is provided, waited over an hour for pick up. NOT impressed! Suggest that a general ETA is shared. Some information is better than none. Otherwise, you are better off calling a Lyft!!
