I picked up a knee scooter under my primary doctors advice. Three days later I visited a specialist that said it was not required. Wheelchair City would not prorate to only the four days used. They refused and would only bill to the week or month. Sad to see company take a customers cash for simply greed.

I have done business with this company for over 15 years. They are very honest and very helpful. I think that's why they are still around, where two other companies are not around here anymore. Elizabeth explained how medicare has changed their guidelines and did a conference call with medicare so I can understand their changes better. They worked with my doctor and fix my powerchair. I am very thankful for this company.

My Mother needed a wheelchair and this company was such a huge help. They sent all the paperwork to the doctors office and helped us understand medicares new guidelines. Elizabeth was the most helpful and very patient. This is a great company and very honest. She told me they have been there for 15 years. Thank you Wheelchaircity for all your help.

According to Medicare I met all the requirements for a new chair. Wheelchair City delivered in record time. However it was not new, it was a refurbished chair with ripped back, poorly repainted areas, no seat belts, and it ran poorly. The delivery man insisted it was new and what was ordered. A representative in the office finally admitted it was not new. Medicare advised ... read more
