Went above and beyond! Booked a rental here last night and even though they had to close for the day they reached out to me and made sure I was able to still secure my rental for the day and it was so appreciated and we had an awesome day on the trails. Awesome people.
I bought a new mtn bike two weeks ago from Wheelbilly and I kept having issues with the chain coming off in low gear. I took it back and they adjusted on it but went back on the trails and again it came off and the second time it snapped the chain. Today took it back and Hannah fixed the chain and saw it was out of adjustment and it seems good so far we will see... but I gotta give Hannah HUGE props and a thank you!!!! You rock!!
