Great experience getting a new set of tires here. The customer service was outstanding. Super friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Their prices were unbeatable, and the whole process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back in the future!
Dealt with Jonny to order some rims and tires for my SUV, he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He gave me lots of options and pricing in the first email back which I appreciated. I picked out my rims and tires, and within a week they were ordered and installed. Very efficient and they turned out beautiful!
These guys are awesome!!! I lost one of my lug nuts and it would be dangerous to drive without it. I came to these guys, explained my needs and they replaced it for free!! These guys are awesome, I would definitely recommend.
90% of their stuff is over priced C grade trash. Response to owner 90% of your stuff is very low quality lug nuts they only lasted 1 year etc. I had you guys make some hubcentric rings they were the wrong size. You guys measured them but I had to pay for your short fall. Honestly I would only go back to your store if it's a very last resort. Oh and not to mention the general lack of knowledge from the owners
Wheel Xperts provided excellent service helping me find the right tires for my 1990 Cadillac, and proved to be very reliable and genuinely customer‑oriented. Frida was very friendly, helped a tonne with finalizing the sale, and gave clear in‑house advice that made everything easy. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and managed to locate the right tires when it seemed nowhere else could help in the same way, even saving me money in the process.
