Wheel Xperts provided excellent service helping me find the right tires for my 1990 Cadillac, and proved to be very reliable and genuinely customer‑oriented. Frida was very friendly, helped a tonne with finalizing the sale, and gave clear in‑house advice that made everything easy. I had a great experience here! The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. They took the time to help me with bolts for my old Mercedes and made sure everything was right. Really knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Definitely recommend them if you need expert advice and parts for your wheels.
Brought a tire in today for a repair. The staff were friendly and helpful and got me in despite being quite busy with tire swap season. Any time I have come to this shop, they have been amazingly helpful. Highly recommend!
Dealt with Jonny to order some rims and tires for my SUV, he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He gave me lots of options and pricing in the first email back which I appreciated. I picked out my rims and tires, and within a week they were ordered and installed. Very efficient and they turned out beautiful!
