Pretty good service overall. My car is falling apart, so I had it inspected. I had my CV axle checked, and after just six months, they told me it was torn. I wouldn't trust Allied parts—they're not BBB accredited. Go with RockAuto instead, which is cheaper and offers similar parts. O'Reilly parts should make sure to grease the CV axle, as this seems to be a manufacturing defect. This guy knows how to align cars around corners and through the city very well, while the Fremont alignment tech is better for touring. I believe on... read more

If you’re looking for a place to waste your hard-earned money and spend your valuable time cleaning up after incompetent workers, Wheel Works in Newark is the place to go. We scheduled our appointment for 1:00 PM and arrived early at 12:45. The manager assured us the car would be ready in about an hour. Since there was an open spot in the garage, I assumed they would start immediately.
