Doesn't really matter now because the place permanently closed but they didn't go down on a high note. Super poor customer service in the end. They did honor their warranty on a previous repair. I had high hopes when I initially went in there. However, they constantly fell short referring to a neighboring shop. When the other shop inspected the vehicle they stated Wheel Works could have easily done what I was being referred for.

John was very conscientious and got me in an out quickly at a price I could afford.
