My low tire pressure light came on just as I was going out of town. They couldn't check it immediately, but added air to my tires on the spot. I didn't have a flat, so I was able to leave town without delay. Thanks, Wheelworks!
I tried to get my tire fixed this morning. The sales rep told me I would have to make an appointment as they were completely booked. Mind you, there was no one in the office but the sales rep and myself and 1 car in the bay. I told him I couldn’t come back later as I need to go to work. That didn’t seem to concern him. Won’t be using wheel works for any future purchases. Maybe the manager will take customers seriously and help customers in a dilemma
