The Antioch Wheelworks on A st. is our friendly neighborhood auto service shop. It has wonderful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful employees. I get great service at every visit. Not to mention, it is very close to home. Easily accessible!
I go here because I get discounts with CarAdvise (I’m an Uber driver) the staff always has issues with figuring out how to use the system correctly to charge me. (I’ve been here 6 times Or better an every time they have issues) first time I’ve had a visit with no issues with car advise ….now I’m complaining about the time it takes for a simple oil change. I was scheduled for Friday evening at 5pm. The employee “called me” and said it went straight to voicemail (which was a lie, I saw it ring twice then he hung up, voicemail ... read more
Excellent service! I went in on a Sunday afternoon for an oil change. John Moore took in my order and within the hour, Jose had already serviced my vehicle. John went over the details from the courtesy check afterwards. I will be back for further maintenance.
