LIARS! They broke the cover of the air filter. Then they told me they would replace it once they received a new part. They kept me waiting for two months. Then they denied responsibility and claimed they hadn't broken it.
I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there waiting for 3 hours. They said they were waiting for the parts. What? I made the appointment 2days in advance, why wouldn't you have already had the parts available. I cant beleive this is how you run your business
Not a good experience. Had a wheel alignment and when I got my car back failed to let me know my tires needed replacing plus my rear tire was showing tread wear with wires already exposed! Not coming back!
Front desk unattended for over 30 minutes. No one to talk or get help from.
