Four years ago, I ordered tyres from Tempe Tyres in Sydney, and had them shipped to Wheel & Tyre Kingdom to be fitted on my car. I had no complaints about the quality of work, although it took 2 hours. The technician told me that he did not want to damage anything, and took his time to do the job. I’m in NSW and these blokes are hands down one of the best wheel shops to deal with.!! I’ve bought a few sets of wheels off these guys and can’t complain about anything.!!

My experience with this tyre company was absolutely appalling. The customer service was horrendous — condescending, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. No one returns calls, and even after leaving multiple messages, I never heard back. Every time I called, I was told someone would get back to me. No one ever did. The business is also clearly understaffed. They’re overwhelmed, miss deadlines, and constantly fail to meet appointment times because they’re too busy — yet they continue to operate as if everything is fine. Th... read more
