Recommended by discount tire to fix the bended wheel. First time drove there was Saturday morning, the store was open but was told no crew was working on Saturday. The guy was the only one there to take appointment and paperwork. Was told the only time available next week was Friday. So he wrote our name on his white board for next Friday. Didn't give us any numbers, name cards, nothing. Called again on next Thursday evening to confirm the appointment. I needed to get my daughter's rims repaired due to some rash damage, and after speaking with Sammy over the phone, I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The customer service she provided was out of this world—kind, professional, and truly exceptional. Sammy went above and beyond to ensure the wheels were ready the very next day. When I saw them, I was blown away—they looked even better than the day they came off the assembly line. Absolutely amazing experience!

I had a bent Ferrari wheel that had been repaired probably twice previously by other shops who had since gone out of business. The left front 20 inch 5 spoke 9 inch wide rim with low profile tires is really subjected to severe trauma by the potholes that I hit. Once again, the wheel got bent and developed a slow leak.
