I want to say a huge thank you to Daniel! I bought several Trek frames, and without him, none of this would have happened. He was always available and helped me find additional parts for the frames. When I need a Trek again, I will definitely go to this shop again.
I came in to get brakes fixed on a kids bike and the guy there tried to tell me I shouldn’t fix them, I should just buy a new $900 bike. I said I wanted an estimate on the repair. He then started working on another repair he had lying around, ignoring me while I was standing right in front of him. When I asked for the estimate, he told me it would be $180 and I’d have to replace a bunch of stuff. I took the bike to another shop and they fixed it for $10 with no new parts.
