Stopped in to get my front derailleur fixed after I messed with it — Taylor was very helpful and fast, and I was back on the road in no time. Very affordable service and will definitely be back! Also had a chance to check out their used bikes and they had some gems.
Bought a bike from the outlet for a great deal. Colin over at the Bay View location got it assembled for me with a quick turnaround, and was just super helpful.

Thank you for the easy resolution, also, glad the entrance is finally fixed :) Cool location, and staff are friendly enough. I would be more impressed if they honored their own price tags. Also, don't try to enter the parking lot with a factory height compact car; the approach angle may damage your front bumper cover. I've been driving around with a damaged car for years since the first time I visited this location.
