Service! Best customer service around. Specifically, I appreciate how James took the time to walk me through the different service packages and asked me what issues I may have been experiencing with my bike. On the sales end of things, I've had several conversations with Ron on choosing my next bike. He took his time sharing his knowledge, answering all my questions, and even honoring my stubbornness when I insisted I needed a MEDIUM bike and not a SMALL. I've been a customer for several years. I took my bike in for it's yearly tune-up before the upcoming bike season. We went over everything that would be done, including putting on a tire to use on the trainer. When that tire didn't fit, I was called and told about it. The employees keep the customer informed of all that's being done to the bike and if there are any changes. Again, all done with respect to the customer.
