My experience might be an anomaly. There seem to be a lot of satisfied customers but my experience wasn’t good. I dropped a bike off for repairs and a tune up. They gave me a reasonable estimate and told me it would take about a week. I waited 10 days and heard nothing. I finally called and they told me that the rear wheel was damaged and needed to be replaced which adds another $100 dollars and a week’s time to the process. I had a great experience as a first-timer in the shop. Keith was welcoming and very helpful in getting me set up with the bike I purchased online. He recapped the details of it, made sure the seat height was right, and told me of community rides around the city to get tapped into. Although I live in the city, I'll definitely be back to the shop. Thank you Keith!
Service is excellent - quick, friendly and professional. The team took time to evaluate my bike and didn’t charge for putting air in tires and making minor adjustments. They also took great care to help fit me with a new helmet. Very lucky to have this great bike shop and team in Oak Park! Thank you!
