Very impressed by their customer service. I showed up randomly to see if they could look at a used bike that I had purchased somewhere else that was having some issues and the gentleman who helped me looked at it right away and fixed the small issue. When I inquired about the cost he very kindly told me there wouldn't be one. I'm just blown away by the fact that I had never been a customer there before and still recieved such great service. Definitely will be back for any future purchases and services. Thank you!

I wanted to give a shout out to the guys and gals at Wheel Sport on Sullivan in Spokane Valley. I bought my bicycle there in February and throughout the entire process, they gave such good information and were patient with me. I came back today to have my new bike looked over after the first ride and Chad was incredibly helpful. I learned alot about my bike and instead of getting it checked in and pushing me out the door, he taught me a little. One small detail made me hate this place. Took my son’s bike there and upgraded his bike and bought one for myself. Spent $1500 in the process. I mentioned I wanted his old bike… “to be useful for someone else and go to a good home.” They offered me $26 and are now reselling it for $160. If I would have know I would have rather given it away to someone that could use it. Shady business practices will make me never visit this place again. I understand it’s a business but: “Do better”.
