One small detail made me hate this place. Took my son’s bike there and upgraded his bike and bought one for myself. Spent $1500 in the process. I mentioned I wanted his old bike… “to be useful for someone else and go to a good home.” They offered me $26 and are now reselling it for $160. If I would have know I would have rather given it away to someone that could use it. Shady business practices will make me never visit this place again. I understand it’s a business but: “Do better”.

I took my Specialized Tri Bike to the Valley store for service. They worked wonders on it, figuring out what was going on with the electronic shifters. Storm communicated very clearly and often and did great work. Will gladly take any work I need to them. Great people and service!
