We had an unexpected flat on our e-bike’s rear tire today, and Valley Wheel Sport got us fixed up in record time! Their kindness, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile exceeded all expectations. They truly prioritized our needs. Thank you Chad and Joe for such outstanding customer service..and most especially on my birthday!
I’m mechanically inept, so when my daughters bike had a loose back brake, I looked at it and didn’t know what to do, so I brought it in and it took the guy about 1 minute to look at it, tighten it and fix it, explain the issue for me and I was on my way for no charge. The guy probably just felt bad for me…thanks for the help! My daughter will be happy to get back on the bike!
So great!
The best customer service!!!! Chad was patient, knowledgeable and helpful even though I bought my recumbent bike from another establishment. Still assessed my tire dilemma and gave me the solution!!! Had the tire part I needed. Very reasonable price. My bike is fixed!!!! Now, I can ride again.
My go to local bike shop
