I have always had great service every time I have visited this shop. I love their selection and quality of products. In the past I have purchased a brand new bike from them and as of late I have been buying parts and pieces to build my own mt. bike. From these major purchases they helped get me properly fitted for the new bike and have been very thorough to ensure that I have been buying the right parts for my mt. bike project. They are nice, friendly very helpful. Thanks guys!
If i could give this shop 10 stars i would. Great people, fast service that is always done right the first time. If they don't have something you want in stock they'll bend over backwards to get it for you, fair prices, awesome people who are always willing to answer any questions you have, and very willing to educate you about the product you are buying instead of overselling something to you because your lack of knowledge. Wheel Sport EAST is my local bike shop of choice.
Wheel Sport East is the best shop in town. I have personally recommended the bike shop to many friends. They have all purchased bikes from them. Their customer service is unmatched and there utmost interest is not in a bike sale but in finding the right bike for you. They stand behind their products and always greet you with a friendly helping smile. If you are looking for a bike I would highly recommend Wheel Sport East.
You won't find a better bike store in Spokane! Selection of cycles and gear is great but what sets this gang apart is the SERVICE! Buy a bike or bring one in - you get the same great response. I've always walked or rode away with a smile of satisfaction. Novice or expert - John, Chris, Josh and the gang will treat you right.
