We rented a couple of stand up paddle boards. The hot metal on the edge of the dock is definitely a burn hazard, something to be aware of for sure. Not the greatest set up for accessing the SUP’s.
It's really silly to write a review that clearly comes just from a misunderstanding about "life jackets required." However, the equipment here seems poorly maintained and in particular the kayaks seem to all have the foot pedals broken off (this is an essential part of kayaking properly) and many have broken seats. It almost looks like nothing has been done to maintain things for at least 10 years. Other locations seem to do better with this. My son cam baccs with two toes
Drove an hour to get there and when we did they said it was closed because it was windy , even though we called the place and checked the website and there was nothing that said it was closed. If it closes early it should be on the website or said on the phone.
