We were at City park last weekend on Sunday. We noticed some people riding a bike and wanted to try it out. We ended up doing both a bike and a swan paddle boat rental. The lady was so nice and the guy was very helpful. Not sure of their names but it was a fun thing thing to do and the weather was beautiful.
We were on line to get a rental (have been on line for almost 10 min, súper slow btw) and we start to look closer to the bike to see if we fit on a single or if we needed the double and the lady started yealling in a really rude way to get of if we werent renting, saying there were a lot of benches. Definetely we didnt rent anything with that awfull customer service
called to ask a question about the boats because this is my first time in Colorado and the worker was rude and had an attitude when asked questions. Rude customer service, we will not be returning. Based on the rest of the reviews on the attitude of the workers, this place needs to train their employees more efficiently on basic manners and social skills. It is not our fault you’re having a bad day get help soon.
Called to ask some simple questions. Gate was closed and I am not a local. Asked if we needed to walk there and weird guy with an attitude replied saying there’s no chauffeurs. Maybe find a chauffeur and a better attitude, that’s obviously not what we were asking. Hopefully he has a better day, I’d be mad if I had to live in his skin too.
Unfortunately we came to rent a bike but despite google maps saying they were open (updated by the owner 2wks prior), they were not.
