I discovered this amazing bike store on a beautiful day when my bike started making a racket on Queen's Quay. Kevin greeted me with a great big smile, popped the bike onto the stand and solved the issue pronto. A bad day turned around with expertise, perseverance and panache. I will buy my next bike at Wheel Excitement!! Thanks, Kevin & Bruce!
Perfect place to rent E-Bikes along the water! We showed up at 10am and the process was so easy we were able to make the 10:15 ferry to the islands! The bike seats were also very comfortable.

Pretty disappointed by my experience with Wheel Excitement, it’s been everything but exciting. - The saddles were particularly uncomfortable which made our bike trip painful. - Our brakes weren’t tightened enough so we had to squeeze hard for them to work properly and they made an annoying noise. - They charge you an additional $5 for the locker without telling you. - Employees seemed pretty unhappy to be working there, the vibe was so off. - Nobody advises you on what’s nice to see along the way, they barely ask where you’r... read more
