I had a great experience at this Bike Shop I brought in an old bike that needed lots of new parts and a complete tuneup. Right off the bat they told me it was probably a better value to buy a new bike. But the bike had a lot of sentimental value to my friend and we decided to go ahead and get it repaired anyway. It was a great experience and they were able to get the bike ready before our Saturday ride.
Super friendly responsiveness on the phone and in person; assessed what my bike needed for its "tune up'" and had it ready for me to pick up within 24 hours. And thanks, Tom, for your bike path information!
Great selection of bikes and equipment. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff! We happily drive 30 miles bypassing numerous bike shops to come to Wheel Base and have for years. I used to live down the street from a bike shop in another town and still drove to Wheel Base. They love helping people bike better.
