Bring back HUMAN customer service! 1 star! Very inefficient way of doing business.
What happened to a nice lady at the front of the office? BOT on the phone? Outrages 1 star for hiring a robot to answer the phone. Poor choice.
I hate to hear the bot on the phone. 1 star, until human represents the business on the phone. Bad customer service. Very bad phone service. Not everyone lives next to you to just walking.
Love to support new businesses but I got new tires from them 4 months ago and they offered me a one time free rotation and I came to do just that and they said they had no history of me buying tires from them. They wanted to charge me. I have gone to les shwab before and they do offer great service.
