Wasn’t impressed at all. Found the price to be expensive. All they did was change the oil, typically even in express lubes they are a lot more thorough. I replied to the customer satisfaction text and no reply.. not surprised. Then to add to the expensive oil change, I soon realized my truck to be leaking oil. So I go under to inspect only to find the oil filter so loose that it’s about to fall off. So I reach out to the customer satisfaction line again…and no reply once again. Went in for regular oil change, filters and fluids. Very little wait. Thorough and friendly. Thank you Bowdry, Austin and Braxton for your knowledge and professionalism.
Pulled up to door, door opened,drive in and 15 minutes later Waving at them in the rear view Mirror. Just don't get any better than that .
A little slow, had to substitute my oil requirements. Didn’t seem like they checked anything else…
Was rather awkwardly bounced from the service department to here. However, I can say I had a great experience. Was in, and out quickly without any hassles.
