Never been so humiliated in my life short little tiny rich girl in the front Room is mean. Didn't have money for copay she needs to be more compationite have family that is not working. Very very mean lady. Never will go were people don't care

Brought my 84yo mom to see Dr. Choi yesterday. He could not have been more attentive, respectful and kind! I was so impressed by his demeanor. He did not "talk down" to her as so many people do when dealing with the elderly. He gave her a long-term plan that she and I are comfortable with. I appreciated his honesty in telling us that some people do not respond to cortisone or gel injections (and backing that up with statistics). Worst Dr I ever came across. Felt rushed even though i was forgotten about in exam room, I brought in documents, mri with notes and Dr did not refer to them to determine therapy. My MRI and paperwork spelled out issue but Dr chose to push long term fix
