i had a very positive experience with Jim Sarantis when i bought a new car this month. it has been many years since i bought my last Honda and technology has drastically changed. Jim was very respectful, patient and caring. he wanted to make sure i was enjoying my new car. i will not hesitate to recommend Jim to my friends and neighbours.
My experience was seamless and my salesperson was excellent. No pressure, no grinding and she developed trust right away. Ereka immediately made me feel comfortable. She was a very good listener which helped us narrow down options. She sold me a vehicle that I am very happy with. Cole from finance was also great. Efficient, personable and made the whole process painless.
Jenny and Will were pleasant and transparent to deal with for the appraisal of my Cherokee. They obtained me a free Carfax report and the appraisal was done within 20 minutes. That being said, I was told I would hear from the dealership that week about whether or not they wanted to buy it. I followed up 7 days later - where I was told I would hear from them in the "next couple of days". It's been another week and I still haven't heard from them. Update: It has been another 7 days and I have not been contacted.
