I am extremely disappointing and frustrated with your company. This company took our 30% down payment and signed a contract saying the door would be installed by December 22 of this year. Sharon just informed me (because I called her and left a message to get the status, no one from your company was proactively calling me) they won't even be able to schedule installation until January 9.
