We like our purchase but this experience needs to be shared to make sure you’re ready to walk away. We went in for a test drive, discussed price and terms, agreed to a price and inclusions. Subsequently were handed off to finance who told us the included undercoating was not possible at the agreed price. We were tired after driving hours to get there after looking at other trucks so we went ahead anyways, but this was completely dishonest and they took advantage of how tired we were from the day.
