Dropped my brand new (2025) trailblazer to get serviced because the engine light turned on. I had an appointment at 8am so they said drop your car off at 7:20am and we will get you a ride right away so you can make it to work on time. 7:45am rolls around no driver and no one in the shop seemed to care. About 6 people waiting all promised the same thing and nothing because getting to our work didn’t matter. Don’t trust them with a morning appointment or get them to pick up your car.
