Every single month I ask the pharmacy to put my card on file and auto delivery when my doctor refills my prescription, yet every month my medication is late because they say they don’t have anything on file. Today I expressed that frustration and asked how come I have this issue every single month and I was met with disregard and terrible customer service from Jessica. I've been coming here for three years, and it's one of the better pharmacies compared to CVS. I miss the older lady at the desk; she was so sweet and kind. Other than that, the pharmacists and staff who work at the desk are helpful.
