I had surgery here back in 2014 some bone patella bone mess. He swore it would work fine and all that. Well here it is 4 yrs later and I am in more pain then I ever was before the surgery... when a surgeon tells you oh I put a large metal anchor or whatever it was in to your fibula and tibula where it meets the knee and says oh well your done was smaller then I thought so I just put it in there far enough till I felt comfortable...
