Not the Best They say that the don't allow dogs but there are so many dogs in our building and its obvious people take them out and walk them they never shut up and they poop everywhere. Valley knows but wont do anything about it. Also the office lady is stuck up and generally unfriendly.
Wouldn't rent here AGAIN!!! they state that they are non smoking...they allow people to smoke in their units, as well as the entrance way. so if you have kids and don't want them around second hand smoke, not so great. and they know about it and will not do anything about it. when it snows they don't clear the sidewalks until the afternoon.so if you work in the morning be prepared to walk through the snowbanks. 1 year and counting We have lived here for 1 year and plan on staying. They are great about any issues. They clear snow right away. Very friendly manager. They have good prices the 1st year. One thing I have no idea why rent is went up $50 with the economy today.
average it needs more pictures of the the actual apartments/condos. and what they look like inside.
