This is the worse place to live . They have rules like a hoa they give people write ups for having kids toys and bikes in the yards . They don’t like to fix anything there. They have not had street lights for about 4 months it is pitch black you can’t see outside. They will give every excuse to not fix anything
Im not even a resident here but Im in this area often, and i have to say that they have an Absolutely CRAP management service! Road maintenance is terrible all year. Property rent is not used for maintenance or property care. Street parking is not permitted and guest parking is a block away. I can easily continue.
Not a bad community to live in however the lot rent is absolutely insane. It’s so high now that they have destroyed any possible resale value of the homes. It no longer makes sense to live here and own one of these homes. You have to take care of the yard and snow along with maintenance and repairs to the house while paying ridiculously high rent.
