A company who doesn’t reach out to you when you’re struggling and about to have electricity turned off. Nope instead they turn off your electricity and then tag on an extra $250 for your next 2 bills on top of a $50 reconnect fee. You know because that will teach those poor people to struggle and be peasants in their society!
No customer service. They lack compassion for others.
