I was looking for tickets for my family form the month of June for vacation and believe it or not Lawson Travels game me a Price which was $200 cheaper than the other Travel Agencies out there. I shopped around at least with 6 Travel Agencies. But these guys were great. I would recommend this Agency over all other Travel Agencies. They gave me a savings of almost $800 for all four of us. Lawson Travels -Pathetic Customer Service I had a chance to speak with a customer executive , name was zaid.Believe it or not it was the worst customer service experience in the US.He tries to apply pressure tactics, very rude while talking.I asked to transfer to the manager , he says he is the manager of the company etc...I had no other options but to go as per the itenary as there was no time to cancel the ticket else i would have done so and purchased another one from a different firm.My suggestion would be , there are ot... read more

Satisfied We recently booked tickets from Lawson Travels and had a very good experience... Rates were competitive and service was also very good...we will definitely refer them to others as well.
Horrible Experience This agency is extremely poor in customer service. Agents are belligerent and uncurteous. They will pester you over phone and use high pressure sales tactics. Similar good deals are available at other agents and I found their rates to be higher than what was available on Expedia. Talking to them spoilt my day and I would recommend not even trying to get a quote from them as a telephonic harrassment is guaranteed. PROS: CONS: Poor sales agent. Horrible customer service. Should close down.
Good deal on intl tickets Lawson Travels and tours is a full service travel agency. They offer competitive prices for international travel and have special packages for travel within India. I recently booked my travel to India through them and had a very good experience. They were prompt in returning my calls and found me a good deal on my very specific travel dates.I was very staisfied with their customer service and would recommend them for your travel needs especially to India.
