I’ve been using this storage facility for a few years now and it’s been a great experience—clean, secure, and well-managed. But what really sets this place apart is Susan. She is absolutely amazing—always available, welcoming, and incredibly kind. She goes above and beyond to help and genuinely cares about the customers. They really hit the jack pot hiring her!
