I worked with both the WheatRidge and Littleton location on a new bike purchase and was amazed how customer friendly they are and went above and beyond to show me all the details on the new bike that I probably would’ve spent hours trying to figure out. Very pleased with the level of service I got and all the great knowledge from DJ at the WheatRidge location and Rob and his crew at Littleton location.
I could have sworn I wrote a review for this wonderful company. But I guess not! Put simply they have saved my butt numerous times. For some reason my bikes always fail right before big rides or events. And every time I frantically call, they are so chill about getting me in to look at it THAT SAME DAY. This is very rare. AND if that wasn't enough, they have actually fixed it that same day every time as well! So yah, in summary.
