We just recently bought two electric bikes from the Ken Caryl store with a rack for our car. Rob Judge was absolutely fantasic throughout the entire process. He showed us different bikes, helped us several times with getting the right rack and hitch, then patiently walked us through every step of using the rack. He personally delivered the bikes to us before the rack was installed. 5 stars all the way!
We drove in from Breckenridge to buy a road bike since the mountain bike I have is getting harder to maneuver. I really didn't know what I wanted, but had a price in mind. Rob, an employee at the Wheat Ridge location helped me determine exactly what kind of bike I'd need for the size of my frame.
