I recently contacted Wheat King Mechanical to come and look at my furnace as we discovered it wasn't working and wanted to ensure it was fixed before winter. I was told they would be able to send someone out the next week to take a look, and was asked what day would work best for me. Well, I am currently at home with two broken ankles so I let them know I'd be here the whole week and to let me know what day was best for them. No response. So, in January (2025)my furnace stopped working, I called Wheat King and got Jeremy… was told Minimum charge of 2 hours; but no charge for travel (?). Still not sure what happened with the part… took two days to come in… sounded like it was misplaced. I live a half hour away. The job itself took less than 2 hours including travel time… if you don’t count the numerous phone calls because of the missing part. There was a part shop supplies charge for $20. We had a water leak in our home and Wheat King Mechanical showed up immediately to help us stop the problem. They checked back in with us to book our follow up work, they worked around our schedule and they had the problem fixed promptly. We would highly recommend them!
