I love Wheat Family Dental! I had to get one of my wisdom teeth pulled and they could not have been sweeter! Dr. Williams and his dental assistant made me feel at home and kept me laughing so that I would not be nervous. They are great!
today, august 17 2013, wheat dental was doing the "pay if forward " thing...extractions and cleanings...my daughter waited in line, in the cold rain alllll day and had been asking folks comming out how many did they get pulled, all said 2 teeth, and my daughter asked how much for the 2nd extraction, they all said nothing...when my daughter gets back there, they would only pull 1, so she opted to not do it because the 2 she needed pulled were side by side and she didnt want 1 pulled and it make the other one start hurting...i... read more
I went to Wheat Dental for two crowns. Within 1.5-2 years the crown have shattered. Wheat did not take any ownership of the problem. I have crowns from 15+ years ago without a problem. I used to think all dental offices were the same but have since learned a costly lesson. Be careful with any dental office you choose.
This is a wonderful practice. Nice and helpful
Dealing with the office staff is usually the highlight of a dental visit. At Wheat Family, though, the front office staff was surly on both of our visits. After questioning an outrageous bill for our 18 month old daughter (it was her first dental visit ever), it took us a full year to reconcile. During that year, my husband and I both had long, painful phone calls and even a few visits with the billing staff.
