I been paying a garnishment since 2020 , the loan was for $10, 266, and the post Judgement interest was $27, 785 with less credits of $7,750 making it a total $30, 773, I been paying this out of my check every two week since 2020 , I been calling with no answer, No help to make good of the garnishment, I paid $19, 000 so far , and the interest is the worst , I just don't understand the high Interest, I paid this loan off double time but the Interest alone is where they ripping me off

This office sent ppwk to the courts and "served" me at my old address (who knows who actually received the court docs) that I had not lived at for 3 yrs on a debt that was not even mine! Then filed all the ppwk for garnishment thru my employer for 25% before I was even aware that this was attached to my name! No calls, no letters, NOTHING!? How is this legal?! On a debt that doesn't even show up on my credit!? No moral or ethical code!!!

Garnishment for 1400$, taking 25% interest out of my paychecks. Awful company. Single mom, 1 income and they're taking 340$ every 2 weeks from my paychecks!
