This office sent ppwk to the courts and "served" me at my old address (who knows who actually received the court docs) that I had not lived at for 3 yrs on a debt that was not even mine! Then filed all the ppwk for garnishment thru my employer for 25% before I was even aware that this was attached to my name! No calls, no letters, NOTHING!? How is this legal?! On a debt that doesn't even show up on my credit!? No moral or ethical code!!!
Garnishment for 1400$, taking 25% interest out of my paychecks. Awful company. Single mom, 1 income and they're taking 340$ every 2 weeks from my paychecks!
They never answer the phone nor call back. Worst company ever to deal with.
I had garnishment on my payroll 2018 took out the loan of 664 the judgment was769.12 and they did a post judgment for 4759.47 on my letter they took 1967.34 out in the year 2018 and waited until 2020 to try and get 3654.75 that a hold year i still be paying because the keep going pack to court
