Today I went to Castle Towers to return a faulty item, Michelle and Benita went out of their way to find find me a replacement straight away as they didn’t have one in stock. They found one over in their store at Castle Hill industrial area, went over to pick that item up I came across a rude and arrogant staff member not willing to help me on exchanging my item. Bad experience here
Very arrogant sales ppl, not friendly at all, they were on their phone giggling and showing each other something from their phones.I spend around $300 and was willing to spend more but their attitude put me off from that shop!!! Specifically the young blue eyed girl I assume her name is Lil (that was on my receipt) should be removed from there asap!!!
